Design Overview
Club One at Silver Creek incorporates spaciousness, high ceilings,
natural light, flowing architectural design, organic wall coverings,
waterfalls, textile murals and spectacular views, into a contemporary
fitness center that has it all. These elements succeed in bringing the
natural beauty and feel of the outdoors inside to a state-of-the-art
fitness center.
A Club For the Family
As you enter the high-ceiling lobby decorated with
beautiful textiles, Asian art and a bamboo garden, you see the enormous
Childcare Center, proving that Club One at Silver Creek is designed to
service every member of the family. Throughout the club there are
family features and conveniences, including two swimming pools (one for
lessons, one for lap swimming), which feature bleachers for observers.
Family locker rooms, separate from the men's and women's locker rooms,
are the ultimate in family convenience, with plenty of changing space
and pristine cleanliness.
Childcare Center
The 8,000 square foot Childcare Center accommodates
children from 6 months to 12 years. Giant, soft sculptures welcome kids
into large play areas, and the climbing maze and a large sports
playroom keep them engaged and having fun. There's also a large screen
TV where kids can watch movies. Or they may prefer the reading room or
participating in arts and crafts projects. The refreshment bar will
also be a favorite with the kids! Additionally, there are infant care
areas with cribs and play space. Experienced caregivers will carefully
monitor your children's activities as you enjoy a great workout.
Group Fitness Studios
Each studio has a hardwood floor, custom sound system, and
variable lighting and temperature controls. Each serves a different
category of group fitness including Pilates and Somatics, Kinesis", and
cardiovascular Spinningï¾®. For a tranquil and relaxing yoga class, you
will love the beautiful 2,000 square foot yoga studio decorated with
handmade textiles. Our state-of-the-art circuit training room is 900
square feet, the sport studio is 2,100 square feet, and theres even a
core strength training room and a physical therapy studio.
Strength Training Equipment
More than 80 stations of the latest cardio equipment are located in Silver Creek with personal 15" screen TVs and audio entertainment. Of course there are also huge picture windows throughout the club. Free weights and selectorized weight equipment have been handpicked from the very best manufacturers including: Technogym, StarTrac, LifeFitness, Free Motion, Precor and Hoist.
Stretching and Personal Training Zones
Stretch out in the physical training studios with every device you can imagine to help you extend and move: balls, bands, mats, foam rollers, BOSUs and DynaDiscs.
Luxurious Spa
The spa in Club One at Silver Creek is a piece of heaven, beautifully designed with plenty of lounging space. Four spa treatment rooms with experienced aestheticians and massage therapists will relax and revitalize you with a wide range of massage therapy and skincare treatments.
Men's and Women's Locker Rooms
Spacious day lockers and changing areas are combined with large vanities for a comfortable locker room experience. There are always plenty of complimentary fresh towels and salon-quality toiletries accessible. Large dry saunas and steam rooms are available as are relaxing spa lounges complete with large screen TVs, house phones and comfortable seating for your post-workout relaxation.
